Brian England I agree, Brian... that it's a good way to stay in touch. However, my sphere always came back to me for real estate before social media... so I don't believe it's social media that builds that business. And as for capturing business from stranger, I don't find it useful at all.

Agents may not like social media and feel its a waste of time but it more about keeping you top of mind and often does produce business just not directly. There are influencers out there but then there are Influential people giving something of value and their street cred is raised signifyingly!

I am not a big fan of social media either Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist, although I do enjoy X quite a bit currently. I have business pages on most social media sites, but I have never been very active with them or expected any business to come from them. I figure it doesn't hurt to be out there though, haha.
Brian everyone is on some form of social media, which means we need to be on it as well to make new connections.
