Good morning, Brian... I have to admit that I don't especially follow trends. I personally decorate with what I love and have had in my homes for decades. It seems never to go out of style... and each of my homes that I've sold I know got a premium price because people loved how it looked. In one case, the buyers actually asked me not to remove the nails in the walls that had held artwork... they wanted them as a reminder on how to hang theirs.

Brian England even for listings, I prefer timeless and neutral... so the appeal is as universal as possible.
Brian, I believe that less is more. It lets buyers envision their own lives there instead of the sellers. Less truly sells better.
