Momentum, once rolling, needs careful safeguarding. Distractions, excuses, and half-assedness are silent killers that derail even the tightest of teams. Cut the fat completely, quickly pivot, keep pushing toward the win.
We all know that plans crumble under stress or chaos, turn those obstacles into inspiration. Flexibility isn't weakness. Pivoting makes deals happen despite the competition and delivers results that bring excellence.
