Welcome to Active Rain November 2025 Challenge!
Believe it or not, once again we are in the month of November and another year almost has passed into history.
So, as Thanksgiving is the focus of November, here’s a Challenge to share expressions of thankfulness. I am looking forward to hearing many, many wonderful stories from our AR community. I'll read every submission and I'll respond to each participant.

Challenge topic:
"Share a Client's praise and why it meant so much to you." ***
Challenge Details:
Starting November 1 and continuing through November 30, share with fellow AR members (and the public if you choose to do so) a wonderful message of gratitude you received from a Client. I am sure that each of us will have experiences to share as we focus on the positive!
*** Thankfulness is the focus. In addition to the Client message idea, you might want to try one of these two other options:
- Perhaps you’d rather share about YOUR thankfulness to a Client or an Instructor, Mentor or Broker from whom you learned a valuable lesson or two.
- Or if you are NEW to real estate, please use this guideline for your posts: For anyone who has not been in the business long enough to receive several Client praises, please share praise from an Instructor, Mentor or Broker that motivated you to continue to pursue a career in real estate. Explain why those comments meant so much to you.
Criteria for Participation:
Word Count:
Each post must be a minimum of 300 words and include specific details.
Such as…? Why did the response mean so much to you? Give the backstory to the endorsement you received. Share an image of the Client response if it arrived in writing. Describe how you could replicate the success with other Clients. Or how you shared lessons learned from others going forward. NOTE: If one expression of gratitude was so amazing that you already posted about it, revisit it by all means. Just write it up again as if you hadn't done it before!
Include a Visual:
In addition to the FEATURED Photo, add at least one photo or graphic element to illustrate your message. Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words!
Weekly Posts:
Years ago, when these Challenges (or Contests) started, the goal was to provide incentive for more frequent posting. In that tradition, this month asks for four posts.
- - - - - Submit one post per week in November (Sunday 12:01 am to Saturday 11:59pm) and the post will earn extra points up to a total of 2000 extra points.
- 1st entry - 200 extra points
- 2nd entry - 400 extra points
- 3rd entry - 600 extra points
- 4th entry - 800 extra points
Points based on number of entries.
For POINT CREDIT, as long as once per week, the entry will count.
Write as many of the four options as you make time to do.

If you can, please paste the links to all of your posts in a single comment. If you cannot, when you write more, just add further links as a "REPLY" under your own first comment. - Groups to Choose: In addition to your regular group choices - PLEASE be sure to post to the ActiveRain Challenges Group each time you post an entry.
