Avoid Paralysis by Analysis
In a fast-paced world, excessive deliberation creates anxiety, stalls progress, leaving some people to shake their head, wondering, what-the-heck-is-that-all-about? When it comes to home buying, paralytic indecision wastes time, yielding zero results, eroding confidence between parties.
Instead, take a structured approach that includes set deadlines, definitive search perimeters that prioritizes the most important aspects, setting aside minor distractions that get in the way of decision-making. That way, instead of trial and error, a positive outcome can occur.

But, in the case of a Huntsman spider who came for an uninvited visit today, I didn't have any time to deliberate!!! Quick action was needed to prevent the arachnid from becoming a permanent, freeloading tenant who would drop in unnannounced. Most likely, in-the-dark, from-the-ceiling!
🕷
I ran to the pantry, grabbed a gallon size ziploc bag, rolled the top back and placed it over the wall...I was short of screeching like a little girl as it frantically tried to find a gap. My mind kept thinking it would race up my arm faster than I can scream NOOOOO! and bite me on the neck or face!
🕷
It finally dropped into the bag, I cinched it and ran outside, tossing the bag onto the grass. I'm skipping the cardio today, my heart got quite the workout while liberating our home from a paratrooping, 8-legged invader!
Industry advice:
No need to be fast as Usain Bolt or quick like a Huntsman spider when making a home buying decision. Purchasing a property takes time, avoid overthinking or the dream home you envision can become a thing of the past. An experienced agent can provide all necessary information to make a good decision.
