The Val Vista Baseline Area in Mesa, AZ is very well located. Shopping, Schools, and Fine Dining are within Walking Distance and there is quick access to the US 60 Freeway. Arizona is known for having an abundance of golf courses since the weather allows for year-round play. There are definitely a lot of great courses to play near the Val Vista Baseline Area so residents have plenty to choose from! There is always something fun going on in the area.
I live in the Val Vista Baseline Area myself and I have always enjoyed how friendly the people are, the affordability of the homes, and the fact that everything is nearby. Trendy Downtown Gilbert is a 5-minute drive away, Old Town Scottsdale is only a 15-minute drive away, and Downtown Phoenix is only a half-hour drive away. Going to the airport, both Sky Harbor and Gateway are a 20-minute drive away or less. Some of my favorite restaurants in the area are MAD Greens, Nando's, Eegee's, Cafe Zupas, Costa Vida, Sauce, and Seafood Market & Restaurant. Need groceries? There are 2 stores within walking distance so you can visit Safeway or AJ's Fine Foods. Want to go on a hike, there are amazing hikes in the Superstition Mountains, which are within a 15-minute drive, so if you want to go on one with me, let me know. Tennis anyone? I am an active tennis player and would welcome a match or showing a beginner how to play.
