I always enjoy participating in the challenges hosted by ActiveRain. I am grateful that Lynn B. Friedman CRS Atlanta, GA 404-617-6375 is hosting this month's challenge. Thankfulness is something that I am sure we have all given and received from clients. I look forward to reading all of the posts for this challenge!
I treasure the relationships that are made during a real estate transaction, whether I am representing the buyer or seller. There are a lot of emotions that go into each transaction from all parties involved. During the transaction, we usually message, talk, or exchange emails daily, and a relationship is often developed. Some relationships become stronger than others, and I always appreciate most the clients with whom I get to become close.

One of the clients that stands out most in my mind is a family who connected with me because of our shared faith in God. They moved to the East Valley from another state, and we hit it off from the very beginning. They travel a lot, but when they are in town, we get together for dinner fairly often, and I have enjoyed many delicious home-cooked meals at their home. One of the reasons they are top of mind is that I just had dinner and a great conversation with them last week. We do wine tastings together and, most importantly, pray together. I don't have to worry whether or not they are always praying for me since I know they definitely are, and I keep them in my daily prayers as well.
I specialize in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro area - Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon
