WHY THIS TESTAMENT MEANS SO MUCH TO ME

One of the most gratifying aspects of being a real estate agent is the opportunity to play a pivotal role in people’s lives. This background story means a lot to me because I began to work with my clients during Covid. The hurdles we crossed were monumental because of restrictions due to the pandemic and buyers were commuting, meeting with me and the builder in person and long distance. In this line of work, we aren’t just facilitating property transactions; we are helping individuals and families make life-altering decisions. No matter why people move, transitioning due to a major life event, I have always been ready to guide them through their transformative moments.

 

ALWAYS & FOREVER I REMAIN THANKFUL 

The highest compliment a Buyer can give their real estate agent is an online review. It is a testament to trust earned and a job well done. Starting a relationship with a buyer new to Texas is no small task. It begins with trust. That trust is built through consistent communication, truly listening to their needs, understanding why they’re moving, when they need to move, where they need to be, and what can they afford.

 

As a trusted agent, I helped clients make life-changing decisions. No matter how many hurdles arise, how much pressure the buyer is under when transitioning in a relocation, I stayed focused, resilient, and committed. I’ve been told I’m personable, approachable, and fun to work with, without ever losing professionalism. No fooling around! Your client must trust you!

Patricia was exactly what we needed in a realtor for our long distance move to Fort Worth. She was very prepared for our initial house hunting visit and helped us find the perfect home to start a family in. For a young couple unfamiliar with the area, she guided us through the process with her extensive knowledge of the local housing market. After exhausting our options in the pre-existing market, we decided to purchase a new build. Throughout the process of building the house, Patricia sent us frequent updates with pictures of the progress of our home when we couldn’t check on it ourselves. When we interacted with the builder, she brought up many important concerns she had that kept us assured that we were not leaving any stone unturned. Patricia was very personable and had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. While working with her, we felt that we were always her top priority.

Lew Corcoran - Being on a client's journey is something I never took for granted. You're right, it does take "grit and grace," to compliment and build trust. Real estate has always been about the people, not the money. What was always at the forefront of my mind was paying attention to details, preparing them for what's next, answering questions, staying  focused on what I heard and to make sure I was hearing right. Communication and adjusting to changing minds keep a good agent on their toes.

Michael Jacobs - To be honest, asking clients for a testimonial is something I was never comfortable with to ask. This young man was from a different generation, and he asked me if it was okay to leave a review online. I didn't know what to expect! Once it was out there for everyone to read, it really touched my heart! Some people write better using pen and paper - others use current technology and surprised me!
