Things to be Thankful For This November
As November arrives, there’s an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the people who make this real estate journey meaningful.
Thankfulness abounds for the buyers and sellers who place their trust in me. Their loyalty is evident when they return for future moves and recommend friends, family, and colleagues for assistance. This repeat business serves as the heart of my career and is never taken for granted.
Gratitude extends to clients who engage as true partners in the process. They recognize that every effort is aimed at serving their needs: offering honest advice, minimizing stress, listening to concerns, and connecting them with the right inspectors, contractors, lenders, attorneys, and title companies. Occasionally, another agent is recommended when circumstances require it. When legal inquiries arise, guidance is provided to the appropriate experts.
And when clients take the time to notice and value my work. It makes all the effort feel meaningful.

Every time a past client reaches out to stay connected or makes a call during a radio segment, it brings immense joy. Similarly, hearing from a colleague, neighbor, or friend who enjoys the Sunday broadcasts adds to the sense of community and connection.
The gratitude does not end there. Appreciation runs deep for those who help keep the business and sanity intact: the computer tech, car mechanic, trusted contractors, bookkeeper, and all the professionals who provide unwavering support day in and day out. And there is Jeni who checks in each week for my ad updates. While being called a SOLO broker, the truth is that there exists a remarkable team of individuals who make it possible to enjoy this career every single day.
To all involved-I thank you!
