Interesting days on market switch. In my area it TENDS to be that the lower end neighborhoods are the first to slow and the last to pick up. I am seeing some signs in the lower income to lower middle income neighborhoods of an uptick.

There have been sellers in our Canyon Creek market that say "they need" a certain price and they can always find an agent to list and then follow the market down Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty. the well priced and show ready homes are the ones selling quickly.
