Sandpoint Realty 'Simply Sunday' showing the ghosts and goblins of this past Halloween did indeed 'Trick or Treat' before departing.
The Halloween 'Trick' here being obvious. lol. The 'Treat' coming in many different fashions.
Just the day before I jump started the truck, in this same parking lot, thinking it was a dead battery. Not being completely comfortable I left the engine running when fueling, rest stops, food etc. I did though need turn it off a few times.
We traveled, visiting Leavenworth Washington, well beyond the 100 mile tow limit we have with 'AAA'. Returning the same night. Going out the next morning battery dead again and no jump would work.
The Treats. The hotel just under 100 mile tow limit. Easy access for tow truck. I turned truck off to park in Leavenworth which had it not started would have been forced to pay exorbitant tow fees, or left being in tourist town with no knowledge of local mechanics. Also the good fortune of being back at the hotel that had shuttle to airport and car rentals.
Result was no extra nights needed on quick getaway, my local Sandpoint Idaho Mechanic, Emerald Auto, got the work done in one day, and the only extra charge actually incurred by me, was the one way car rental to Sandpoint Idaho. Not bad really. Turned out to be starter.
So not all 'Sandpoint Realty Simply Sunday's' are free of 'all' stress. lol
