Thankful November-Grateful for
La Quinta Country Club
We joined the La Quinta Country Club in 2000. It is hard to believe that this is our 26th season here. When we became members, I had no way to know how grateful I would be for the friendships we would make and the years of fun we would savor. I also did not know that I would begin a career here that has spanned 19 years in real estate.
I began as an assistant for another agent and at the time, many of our friends from the Pasadena area were discovering La Quinta CC, joining and buying homes here. I decided that it was time for me to get to work!

Once I secured my license, it took a few years to find my footing. I was working with clients all over the valley. I had a lease listing in Ranch Mirage, sales of condos in Palm Desert, and homes in Indian Wells. But my passion was right here in my backyard.
With a built in social community, a strong golf membership, and homes and condos lining the fairways I found my niche. My first sale was for $995,000 in 2007. I thought, wow! This is easy. But it took a while to gain trust and get some momentum going with my signs dotting the landscape.
Prices now range from $500,000 to $4M. There are some large estates, custom homes with their own pool and tennis courts. And I have sold a number of them, but my bread and butter are the condos. They border the fairways, mostly 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom, sharing a community pool. They work very well as a second home where the owners can "lock up and leave" for the summer.

Over the years I have sold more than 65 homes in this La Quinta Country Club neighborhood. To be honest, I love living here and and being a part of this neighborhood and club. It is a pleasure to share it with new members or buyers who are looking for a terrific place to live.
I am grateful for the support and friendships that I have developed here at La Quinta Country Club. My clients have become my friends and what could be better than that!
