And it’s about to change everything.

Let’s get something straight — this isn’t about robots replacing Realtors. It’s about automation replacing repetition and freeing us to focus on the part of real estate that will always matter most: people.

Artificial intelligence is quietly reshaping how we research, write, market, price, and communicate. It’s not magic; it’s math — and it’s learning faster than any of us can.

Realtors who learn to work with AI are going to dominate those who resist it. By the end of this decade, every successful agent will have two business partners: their CRM and their AI assistant.

You see a glut of AI generated images and copy that is repetitive, detectable, forgettable without soul Danny Frank.

When I see the formatting, bullet points and big font letters "Conclusion" in a generic hit and run post, I think microwaved. It's gonna end up tasting kind of rubbery.

Lots of marketers of AI surround us all claiming it's 1-2-3 abracadabra snap your fingers and presto. Build a new AI generated website in under 2 minutes. Produce a video that is edited, SEO perfectly rendered in under 3 minutes. But is it worthwhile and any good?

The wonder bread filled with a lot of puffed in air expectation is "get better than you had in a fraction of the time". If everyone optimizes that way, the sea of sameness grows and wastes anyone in your audience's time. Be original, develop a voice that is not photocopied or mass produced.

Lots of the times the person touting AI which has it's purpose but still in it's infancy is selling something or wanting to come off as cutting edge. Scaring all the other agents who don't panic and chicken little sky is falling get into gear.

Buyers and agents are expecting faster answers and more context, and AI is already helping deliver that.
