I'm married to the same girl (figuratively) Wayne Martin . In our first year of marriage I gained 30 pounds. I have learned to say no and take smaller portions so today I'd say I am about 10 pounds over my ideal weight.
Having a well designed kitchen can certainly be a big help!

Amen to that Kat Palmiotti . When we purchased our home our kitchen was a one person only spot. Today it's the largest room in the house.
