Yes, they do appear to be creeping up a bit George Souto and that usually tells me that sellers aren't being realistic about what the market will bear for their home, haha.

Brian England - Failing Grades in School Districts seems to be the norm these days. Covid and all those missing school days in the classroom created this failure in students and it's a shame. Not only are schools failing, but many are also closing.
