Today I handed over the keys to this rental!🔑🔑
After multiple showings and reviewing rental applications, credit reports and background checks, we chose a tenant for my listing at 26 Scott St Bellingham this week!Â
Today, we successfully had the lease signed and we went over all the details for a smooth transfer. The new tenants are happy to start a new chapter here and will start their move this weekend.Â
It's a great house that has been all refreshed with new flooring, paint, kitchen, and bathroom. I'm glad I was able to get them in before the holidays!
