The Thanks for How We got to Where we Are
As we get into the flow of November, with anticipation of the coming holidays we are also made more cognizant of the people that have made parts of the journey with us and how we impacted each other's lives.
Lynn B. Friedman CRS Atlanta, GA 404-617-6375 has taken the lead in hosting the Challenge and will be as diligent as ever in her enthusiasm and care of the challenge.
My entrance into real estate came after almost 40 years in manufacturing design, service and sales. It takes its toll and the idea of continuing beyond the borders to expand that business was not for me.
What it did do, is allow me the opportunity to appreciate the care with which companies invest within themselves to ease worker stress and increase efficiency. It also demonstrated the way people budget to spend properly and within budgets.

As I was highly familiar with the equipment and processes involved and was quite adept in explaining how the flow would improve quality and make for better productivity.
Not too far from the concept of listening to a client's needs and finding the right fit to allow them to be safe in their own house and build stability for themselves and their families.
At a time when the business was still developing adjustments to the technology of the times, it was easy to be misled. My strength was in being able to separate the garbage from the reality and that is what I brought to my new clients in real estate.

When we do our job right, the results speak volumes, and the good wishes result in referrals to friends and families.
I have a number of heartfelt testimonials that are a result of dedication to my job and remembering that I'm dealing with people at their most critical stage of life, which if not done properly can resonate with misery to them for years.
We are the holders of the knowledge, and we need to allow our clients the advantage of that knowledge.
I always let my clients know that they do not hesitate to ask a question. Unless they have done this themselves, they need to have proper details and not a potential misconception they may have taken off an internet site.
