Good morning, John... with all due respect to Julie Taylor, I don't agree. I've found that people find most scents off-putting except maybe for vanilla (which is a universal scent).

Good morning John,

I think Julie Taylor is spot on. I always have clients smile and say they love the smell of fall and especially like the Apple Cinnamon!

John Pusa Love this! Scents can really set the mood and make a home feel cozy and inviting. Apple cinnamon, pumpkin spice, or even crisp linen can make buyers feel right at home...just the right touch without going overboard.

John, I too think vanilla, or smells similar to chocolate chip cookies may work.

Hello John - I have "seen" and "felt" some buyers having an innate ability to understand "seller motivation".   They notice many sorts of homes they are touring to purchase.  Masking their presentation (or lack thereof) may be a red flag for such properties.  Or am I thinking of the insecticide Black Flag and the clues that such a can might be covering up.

I really enjoy the scent of incense so this post reminds me that I did not burn any in my home yesterday, haha.  I will have to make sure and do it today!
