Of for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with my services, just let me know and I promise to correct the situation within 24 hours. If the remedy is not satisfactory, I will release you from the listing agreement with no further obligation. I am so sure you will be happy with MY service, I guarantee it.
When I start to work for you to sell your home, I have a 5 phase marketing plan.
Phase one is:
- Arrange for photographs
- Install a sign in your yard to attract "Drive-by" people
- Enter your home in the MLS
- Install a lock box
Phase 2:
- Have my showing service have all your information to contact you with showing.
- Do up color flyers
- Install a solar outside flyer box and will keep them filled with flyers
- present your home at our local board that other agents know about it ASAP!
Phase 3:
- Order Justed Listed post cards and mail out to your future buyers
- Call you ever Monday with feedback on your home
- Hold your home open if appropriate.
Phase 4:
- Follow up with other agents for feedback.
- If your home does not have a contract , I will redo a new CMA for you.
Phase 5 :
- Contact you and cover contracts with you.
- Follow up with buyers lenders.
- Order title work
- Follow up with title company to make sure earnest money was received.
- Follow up with all Dates and keep you inform all the way (we never want surprises).
- Schedule closing
- Review your final figures with you.
The main think, I will be there with you at closing and make sure that all the figures are correct.
