On November 13, 2025, Realtor.com reported the nationwide median weekly housing trends for the week ending November 8, 2025.

Total available listings jumped 12.8% for the week ending November 8, 2025, from the same period of time in November of 2024.

Time on the market increased 5 days for the week ending November 8, 2025,  from the same period of time in November of 2024.

Median listing prices decreased 1.0% for the week ending November 8, 2025, from the same period of time in November of 2024.

New listing in the market gained 10.5% for the week ending November 8, 2025, from the same period of time in November of 2024.

Thanks for the update, John! Interesting to see inventory climbing while median prices dip slightly. It looks like buyers may have a bit more negotiating room, but with time on market still relatively short, homes are moving steadily. Always good to stay on top of these weekly trends.
