Hi John, I appreciate you highlighting the concept of a Coastal Modern Home and its various style categories. While Big Bear is distinctly a mountain lake market, we often see parallels where buyers request a "Mountain Modern" aesthetic—clean lines, natural materials, and an emphasis on bringing the outdoor environment in, much like the coastal style does with the ocean.
