Hey George,

We had an excellent purchaser.  He had is inspector come in.  He gave the home an erroneous report, stating that it had structural issues and a problem with the heating system.

All LIES, to go on to another inspection for that purchaser, who thinks his guy saved him. What he did was to lose a perfectly excellent home for his buyer, just to get to charge another fee.'

I am pretty sure, due to the historically 50-year low in inventory, with only 2.8 months of available homes, the home inspector is squeezing as much $$$ out of each client as possible.  I am thinking of reporting him.  But could he be correct in his analysis, and I am wrong, or the other way around?  One of the sellers lived on the lower walk-out level and said (he is a contractor) that there was nothing wrong with the home whatsoever.  We told both sellers to do their own inspection to see if there are any issues with the house.  

Anyone have any thoughts?
