What a wonderful story Kathy. It’s amazing how one simple act can bring a neighborhood together and brighten the season for families who need it most!

That is a very nice thing to do - the entire neighborhood can get into the Christmas spirit together!

What an incredible act of kindness and thoughtfulness during this holiday season. The generosity of others is often unnoticed. 

He sounds like a wonderful man and those are the kind of people that I prefer to have in my life, people who are always doing nice things for others!

What an interesting project. I have taken part in food drives, buying gifts for children but never decorating a tree.

Hello Kathy,  good neighbors to donation things to put on Christmas tree.  I use to help my neighbors put up lights because they were up in age but now I am the one that is a little old.

Kathy Streib What a sweet man to do such a nice thing - unfortunately, we are not allowed live trees in our condo community, only artificial. They are considered fire hazards when they get dry 

What a sweet man!  I love this idea Kathy!  During my hiking years there was a tree half way up the hill. During the holidays all the hikers would decorate the tree with ornaments for everyone to enjoy.  I typically tried to get ornaments that I could put in a piece of candy......for those hungry hikers!  Over the years they knew about that and would take the candy out but place the ornament back on tree.  Fun!

Kathy that is a great idea, and one that could be done in most communities

Momentum is truly a wonderful thing. In this case, a little push in the right direction and the end results are nothing but good feelings and smiles.

I have always tried to give out presents to those less fortunate at Christmas...but a Christmas Tree is a GREAT idea.

Kathy, that is really cool, and could recommend that for our neighborhood, think it would be quite the hit.
