Adding to your woes? Does that make sense? Dwelling on what may or may not happen is an exercise in futility i.e. worry is pointless & reeks of being useless, yet we summon it for company, sympathy & worse than all, to feel desperation (false life). I will define all this so you can see for yourself how going into this state is like swallowing poison.
WORRY DEFINED: Manufactured thought, summoned by the person, that focuses on potential unpleasantness having no positive or relevant benefit.
WORRY (in a) BOTTLE INGREDIENTS
Let's have some fun with this intruder & liar dynamic. People like to worry. They summon it. Suppose you can buy worry by the bottle. Here are the ingredients:
- Organic anxiety
- Pure unfiltered stress
- Artificial hope dye for color
- Undiluted raw misspent concern
- Unfiltered essence of despair & dejection
CAUTION ON USE: Use only in small amounts & as necessary, taken on a full stomach or with food will produce vomiting & gagging. Use only until others see your state & then stop. Use after enabling can cause injury. The entire bottle, & CONTINUED USE, if taken at once, can induce heart failure, cause cancer, high blood pressure & organ failure. SIDE EFFECTS: irrational, toxic & dysfunctional behaviors. WARNING: Is contagious to others if not restrained.
WHAT'S THAT LUMP?
Oh that? That's a worry wart! When you obsess on difficulties, dwell on uncertainties or troubles, you get a type of spiritual virus that first affects the mental, psychological, physical & emotional state & then manifests on the surface of the body to call attention to yourself. CURE: stop worrying!

WORRY IS A PARASITE
It attaches quite easily to a human after being summoned & then hides until it can be turned into a belief that not only allows it but tolerates & encourages. Like all parasites, it is careful not to kill off the host & to stay out of sight & mind even disguising itself into denial, dismissal or an argumentative, sedative state of mind & being called moroseness
I'M WORRIED
What are you really trying to say when you state quite unequivocally that you are worried? Let's list it:
- Concerned
- Under or over doing my part
- Unsure of outcome
- Maybe we missed something
- Lack of faith or confidence
- Mental, emotional & psychological instability
- Massive doubt, hesitation & confusion at work (the unknown)
- A disturbance driven with struggle (willfulness)
ANTICIPATION
Looking forward to a future event is part of adventuring & exploring along with discovery. When you add "dread" to this, it becomes worry similar to when you combine vinegar with baking soda. You get an eruption & explosion of foam
NO-WORRY OUTCOMES
A situation develops either known or unknown, expected or not, & humans react applying their skills, talents, abilities & gifts to cure, mitigate or eliminate what is deemed unwelcomed or harmful. We have the capacity to do this. Here's the thing
WE ANSWERED & ROSE UP
When you have done all you can, in the moment, & put it to work, there is no more you can do. Then, we wait for something greater than ourselves to make the final decisions. Not taking original actions is the greater sin. Do your best & hold on!
SNEAKY CAVEAT
I am speaking of Hindsight that when in the hands of evil, will torment you & cause you to doubt yourself. Remember: If you are in the moment, & others too, & we take actions, then hindsight doesn't apply. We did what we knew to do at that time & discovery. Thinking, events & living life backwards is just pure evil. Stop that!
WORTHY NOTE: Live spelled backwards is e v i l. Don't go backwards!
WORTHY NOTE: If you didn't take action, then your hindsight is warranted & is teaching you, a good thing. But worry? Obsessing? Moping? All out of line here
CHOOSE & USE THIS INSTEAD
Worry in many cases has become a second nature. When it is summoned or appears, acknowledge it & then come to your full focus. Seek objectivity & calmness. Assess what is about, do Q & A, test & confirm, then unleash your part whatever that is. Do this & you will never be alone as the ONE who is constantly in charge, takes charge over you
