Zoom Challenge- I Did It My Way

I’m admitting it right here: I did not follow directions.

In a very lively Zoom Meeting, Praful Thakkar did an excellent presentation. He showed us how to use Gemini 3, NotebookLM, prompts, sub-prompts, all the prompts in the universe, all in one hour.  And what did I do? Since I didn't quite get it... I went right to ChatGPT, typed in what I wanted, and-just like a well-trained, caffeinated assistant- it gave me everything I needed.

No logging in, no labs, no settings. Just me… and ChatGPT… and a listing that I am selling.

Sometimes, we don’t need a rocket ship when a reliable car can get us where we need to go.

Using ChatGPT made this process simple, fast, and even enjoyable. Now, I'm excited to share a fresh and enticing update about my current listing.

So, this is my homework assignment! Even though I didn’t follow directions, I still got what I needed: a blog post with property info included! Yes, we were supposed to do a listing presentation...But I don't listen very well.

Guess this is what you call doing it the Rome Way.

I didn't follow directions either as it was A LOT to absorb in one hour. Praful Thakkar did a great job but will have to play with Gemini, NotebookLM, prompts and as you so aptly stated all the prompts in the world! Meanwhile I need to do some real estate and go to a closing tomorrow morning. Going to the walk through with the buyers this evening. I got your message yesterday morning but went to Houston yesterday and just got back before the Zoom meeting!

We all have to do things our way since that is how they often work the best, haha.  I have never used gemini, and I doubt that I ever will, since I am a Grok guy through and through, haha.

I use it as a search engine, or for research, and just ask it what I want to know, and it provides it quickly Margaret Rome Baltimore 410-530-2400.  There is so much more that it can do, but I haven't tried to utilize it for anything else, although I have played around with turning photos into videos using the Grok Imagine feature.

Margaret, there's a joke that I can't locate, but it's about a man showing a friend around his home and pointing out all the things he built the hard way (hand cut and wood pins, etc.), and the punch line is when the man's daughter walks by, he say's, yep, made that the hard way too, standing up in a canoe :)
