Several days I wrote of a few of life's annoyances that we can be on our annoyance list. It is important to rem, ember these things as we prepare to give thanks for the MANY blessings we all have (including the 9 pound brat Pomeranian that seems to have taken over the family home in NJ LoL).
I forgot the biggest agitators: CAPTCHA, passwords, Face ID, SMS texts verification, 2FA (2 factor authorization), Passkeys, Cloudflare, etc. I always fail the CAPTCHA test even though I know what a photo of a bike is LoL
These are designed to protect us and/or make our lives easier. In realtity, they do neither andserve as the mindless musings of tech minions who do not use thesires and apps that they service.
The case in point for this is that one-third of the 305,000 links on the IRS website are broken and it has been admitted to me that they can never fix this (way too much effort). So, simplify the process and start over!! Hire the CANADIAN publishing firm, Pearson, that charged billions for the Affordable (snicker snicker) Care Act websitethatnever worked properly.
