Zoom Assignment…Even More Fun
We had more hands-on fun with Praful Thakkar using AI to create photos to enhance listings or just for fun.
Our task was to create a Before and After photo using Google’s Gemini, which took us to NanoBanana. I did not want to spend an inordinate amount of time on it, which…I didn’t! It’s fun and easy.
During the call, I had fun with a photo I took this morning on our walk to create a scene that in all likelihood, I’ll not see in Houston.

Here’s my prompt: “Turn this photo into a winter wonderland scene. There is snow on the ground a light snow falling.”
Next, I took two vacant rooms and asked that they be staged.
One was a long ‘bowling alley” room that many Florida condos have. Buyers need to know how to place their furniture. The prompt was that the property is being sold and buyers need to see how they will live in the space. I asked the patio to be staged, but that it not block the view

I was on a roll and took another vacant room and this was my prompt: This is a cozy family room. Stage it, placing comfortable seating areas that take advantage of the fireplace and the window. Have it set at night so you see the lights on.
I had trouble getting a night photo and ran out of attempts until later tonight.

So….I uploaded my photo in Grok (for fun) and got this.

I’m having fun with AI photo generation and what it can do. I’ve learned from our AI presenters like Paddy Deighan and Praful Thakker. And, I’ve learned from the other members too.
