As by now you know, I am always pleased to see our Stars and Stripes flying at either a home I am showing to a buyer, or as in this case when I show up to listing appointment. 

This USA Flag strictly for enjoyment of the owners and their visitors.  I am adding and extra drone pic of this property, to emphasize this USA Flag is definitely isolated and for owners only to enjoy.

We did list this Priest River Idaho home on over 6 acres and it promptly went under contract.  Hopefully the smooth transaction will continue to finish line.  Thank you North Idaho resident for proudly flying Ole Glory.

Will, your extra efforts are very much appreciated.  Back in May or June I did a little math and figured by holding to a certain average I would be hitting 1,000,000 late December and at the same time not burn myself out from my normal routine.  With the help of AR family, such as yourself, looks like I will heading into 2026 with the 1,000,000.  Enjoy the week ahead.  m
