How To Dress When Showing A Foreclosure - You're Welcome

I have visited and sold hundreds of foreclosures. One of my early lessons was not to wear my dress shoes or good clothes. 

They can be stifling and also unhealthy and care needs to be taken

I've been in some challenging situations over the years with foreclosed property! I typically wear jeans, boots or sneakers, and long sleeves when the weather allows. This attire is important for when I encounter properties with overgrown landscaping, as it protects against ticks, poison ivy, and other potential hazards.

Richard, this gave me a good chuckle — and a truthful one at that! 😄 Foreclosures can certainly come with their fair share of “surprises,” and a little preparation goes a long way to keep everyone safe and comfortable during a showing.
