Over most of my years, I took December to look at my systems: my listing presentation and pages on my web site. Either revamp them, or redo them altogether. With my niches in mind, I focused on those areas for all the things I reviewing. I put together a newsletter with hope in mind for a good year and sent it out early in January after the stats were out for December.
I have never needed a goal, I knew what needed to be done, and did pretty well in my 30 years. If I had too much free time on my hands, I knew I needed more business!
Now: I have sent my last informational newsletter. The next one will be to share my retirement news! It may come as a shock to a few, as many said they couldn't ever see me retiring. Afterall, I did love what I did!
Now, preparing to leave for Arizona next week for the Christmas Holidays. Will meet with Carol Williams a couple of times, once in Yuma, and once in Bullhead to have a birthday dinner with her friend Shirley, who I met last year.
Have the car cleaned out, and warned the kitties they will be coming with me in the car. They saw the suitcase and probably went - OH S...T! I told them they won't see the petsitters anymore. But the next trip will be a BIG one! They do enjoy the car trips. They don't meow, unless they come to the zipper and want their faces scratched.
Sometimes when you are slow, just plan a trip, and that's when you will get busy, of course! Kelly McGovern found that out when she flew to the Bahamas!
Have checked the weather for next week, and full sun, upper 40's and 50's all the way through Gallop, NM, YIPPEE. I got lucky again. Hope the trip back will be the same!
HOPEFULLY, the snow will stay away, as traveling via car in December can be a disaster. Even Sedona got snow! Looking forward to seeing another part of our Country!
