Sometimes you just know.  I told a client to run when I saw the cracks above each door and some of the windows.  He insisted and wrote an offer.  The inspection showed structural damage, with estimates of over 100K. He decided I did know something.

Hello Gwen Fowler SC Lakes & Mountains 864-710-4518 I agree sometimes you just know. Great to know you warned a client to avoid that house, but he made an offer the inspection showed structural damage then he decided you were right, and didn't go with the offer. Thank you for the comment.

Hmm, I think that even if a home seems to pass the eye test, an inspection is still worth having done, haha.

These things might let you know a house is "good" but I think an inspection is always needed.

This was a clear and practical share that makes the process feel less daunting, John Pusa, and I’m grateful for the way the details were laid out 🙂. The guidance on what to look for and when to call in a pro is truly valuable, thanks for passing it along!
