We started with the north end of The Villages, Florida and have worked our way south to the final retail, dining shopping area Magnolia Plaza. This plaza is located just south of Warm Springs Boulevard and Marsh Bend Trail. The plaza is golf cart accessible and offers shopping, dining, banking, salons for personal care, dental and medical services. This also is the place to get gas for your cart and car.
Dining choices in this plaza you have one of my favorites Willie Jewells Old School Bar-B-Q, China Chef, Foxtail Coffee, Marco’s Pizza, Reveille Café, and McDonald’s. This plaza is the closest retail center for much of the south end of The Villages. Fenney and Marsh Bend areas and much of the new construction happening on the south side.
Moving forward you will be seeing more growth in retail and dining as both Eastport and Middleton continue to be built and filled with options.
