Good Saturday morning, Carol... just three for me this week from your list... and I feel like I read a lot this past week!

Been thinking of you with all that flooding in Washington State... hopefully, it's not anywhere close to you.

Hi Nina Hollander, Broker
My home and Wenatchee in general are safe, but the region (especially to the west) is a mess! It's very sad. According to the weather forecast, there is more heavy rain on the way for early next week. The recovery is going to be massive.

Carol Williams from what I'm seeing on TV it looks terrible. And after Helene hit NC last year I'm very "sensitive" to this flooding issue.

PS... need to adjust my "score." Actually, read four, not three... didn't recognize the title for one.

Thank you for the Second Chance Saturday (as always). I did miss several good ones!

And thank you for including mine!

I saw your response to Nina about the floods; I was wondering the same thing, and yes, our area (and yours) is supposed to get a lot more rain next week - the Libby MT area is also flooded; Search and Rescue had to use a boat to visit homes this week to make sure people were okay and/or take them out of the area via boat.

Hi Kat Palmiotti
I hope the worst is over, but it sounds like there's more to come so I'm praying for everyone in those areas.

Good morning Carol. Let's just say this week can be summarized as a long homework assignment, but in one word "wipeout"! Thanks for your suggestions as always. So much here in the Rain you can't get to them all. Enjoy your day.
