Stepping Forward with Gratitude: Serving as 2026 President-Elect for Women’s Council of REALTORS® San Antonio
Earlier this week, we officially celebrated the installation of the 2026 Women’s Council of REALTORS® San Antonio Leadership Board, and a few days later, I’m definitely still feeling incredibly grateful, energized, and excited for what’s ahead.
Serving on the Women’s Council of REALTORS® San Antonio Board in 2025 as Director of Events has been one of the most rewarding leadership experiences of my career. I had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional group of leaders who brought energy, vision, and heart to everything they did. The 2025 board set a high standard through collaboration, thoughtful programming, and a shared commitment to serving our members at the highest level. I’m truly thankful for each of them and the example they set.
As I step into my role as 2026 President-Elect, I do so with deep appreciation for the foundation that has been laid and a strong sense of responsibility for what comes next. Women’s Council is about so much more than meetings and events. It’s about leadership development, advocacy, and creating a space where REALTORS® feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow. I’m honored to continue serving in a role that allows me to help shape that experience for our members.
I’m also incredibly excited to be working alongside the 2026 Leadership Team, a group of dedicated, passionate professionals who are committed to moving this organization forward. Their willingness to lead, serve, and show up speaks volumes about the strength of Women’s Council here in San Antonio, and I’m confident we have an impactful year ahead.
One of the things I value most about Women’s Council is its emphasis on leadership at every level. Whether someone is new to the industry or a seasoned professional, this organization creates opportunities to learn, lead, and give back. I’ve seen firsthand how involvement builds confidence, opens doors, and creates meaningful, lasting relationships.
Looking ahead to 2026, I’m excited about the momentum we’re building. With a strong leadership board, a clear vision, and continued support from our strategic partners and event partners, we are positioned to create meaningful programming and opportunities that truly serve our members and our community.
I’m deeply grateful for the mentors, past leaders, strategic partners, event partners, and fellow board members who have made everything we do possible & who have encouraged and supported me along this journey. Leadership is never a solo effort, and I’m thankful to be surrounded by people who believe in showing up, doing the work, and leading with integrity.
To our members, strategic partners, and event partners, thank you for being part of this incredible organization. I can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings and to continue serving alongside such an amazing group of leaders.
Here’s to growth, leadership, and an exciting year ahead with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® San Antonio.
