I have been quietly researching the whole PEMF phenomenon. What does this stand for you, you ask? Well, let's get into the fascinating topic of Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields.
In a nutshell, these 4 components must be carefully arranged in a balanced manner. When introduced into the body, an optimum wellness-promoting effect can be experienced. We are constantly exposed to electromagnetic signals that are not beneficial for our overall wellness. These factors can include computer systems, cell phones, WIFI, Bluetooth, microwaves, power lines, and so much more. There is a term called 'electrosmog', which is the unhealthy exposure to the above-mentioned frequencies.
Just as our bodies can be signaled to perform new and different functions by stimulation with nutrients, they can also be signaled energetically with electromagnetic waves. And, did you know that the Earth itself has its own frequency? It sure does, and it is called the Schumann Resonance. This Earth frequency correlates with the average frequency of alpha brain waves in human beings.

There is SO much more to learn about PEMF. As a result of my research, I decided to invest in a state-of-the-art PEMF mat. I am happy to share what I am learning with anyone interested. However, the purpose of this post is simply to introduce this topic, as there are so many different modalities out there right now.
I am currently using my mat daily with the goal of at least a morning and evening session. After the first few sessions (24 minutes at a time), my body began to experience some detoxing symptoms. (Mostly lower g-i issues). Depending on your current health, medications, nutritional status, and overall well-being will determine how your body responds.
The good news for me has been an increased energy level and a decrease in the inflammatory pain I deal with due to past surgeries. Therefore, I am encouraged by my investment thus far.
