Weekly Housing Trends For December 6, 2025

On December 11, 2025, Realtor.com reported the nationwide median weekly housing trends for the week ending December 6, 2025.

Total available listings jumped 12.6% for the week ending December 6, 2025, from the same period of time in November of 2024.

Time on the market increased 4 days for the week ending December 6, 2025,  from the same period of time in November of 2024.

Median listing prices decreased 1.2% for the week ending December 6, 2025, from the same period of time in November of 2024.

New listing in the market declined 7.4% for the week ending December 6, 2025, from the same period of time in November of 2024.
