While I do not mail off as many cards today as I did when I was an active Realtor my cards to friends has increased. Partially due to Active Rain friends, some of whom I have meet and others I've never met.
I don't send off a ton of cards so please don't be offended if you don't receive one. The biggest hindrance to a long Christmas mailing list is simply time.
It seems like every year, with no exception to this year, my desktop looks like this:
I make my own cards (most of the time) and I handwrite a message in every card. With the ease of desktop publishing these days I wonder how the card companies are fairing. On top of what I assume to be a decline in the number of cards being sent many stores now sell quality cards for just a dollar I'm pretty sure owning stock in a card company would be a big mistake.
Real Estate is and always has been a good investment. Unlike greeting cards God quit making Real Estate on day 3 of creation as we know it.
