Hello Mark - ah, focus!  So important and too easy to forget for far too many.  I remain in that regard; I remain a work in progress.  

Hi Mark- oh yes...this is the way of life.  We have to learn to focus on our goal and not let the bumps and obstacles in the road stop us.

Great quote to share with us. There are always bumps along the way ..its just built in to our journey! Focusing certainly helps minimize those bumps! 

When people frustrate me, I tend to distance myself from them, as well as situations that frustrate me, haha.

Potholes definitely appear from time to time, both figuratively and literally. We need to keep going regardless!

Often when we fail to look to potential obstacles, the end result is frustration. Sometimes obstacles pop up unexpectedly such as the recent government shutdown.
