Three Sixty South Bay Market Update for December

As we near the end of 2025 let's take a look at some recent real estate market activity.  It's been an odd real estate market in the gated community of Three Sixty in Hawthorne CA with several homes sitting on the market for a bit and others selling quickly for record setting numbers.  It seems that home buyers are pretty fickle so location within the community seems to be a motivating factor with the homes in not A+ locations (near traffic noise or interior units, etc) slower to sell.  It's not like the past few years in which new listings were eagerly awaited and most sold quickly if priced and presented well.
