Have you ever experienced one of those magical closings? The type of transaction that is a pleasure to be a part of from beginning to end! Y'all, this closing is one for the books.
Let me introduce this Hallmark story! As my husband and I were closing our hotel in a recent sale, this vivacious blonde came up the stairs asking about the building. She tells me that she wants to own a building on our Square here in Granbury. We immediately hit it off, and I explained to her that these buildings don't come onto the market too often, and most of the time, these sales are done quietly via word-of-mouth.

Because we know all of the owners on the Square, I began quietly making my inquiries, and alas, I found an interested Seller. My first order of business was to get all parties to the table early on to see if this would be a match made in Hallmark heaven. While there are many who work hard to keep buyers and sellers apart, these kinds of transactions are a bit different.
Owning part of the history in our little town brings nostalgia and, therefore, deep-rooted emotions. Sitting down at the table is a great way to see if the relationship is meant to be! And, knowing the parties involved, I had an inkling that there would be an immediate connection.
And guess what? It was a match made in Hallmark heaven! The Sellers fell in love with my buyer, the terms were agreed upon, and the deal closed in under 30 days! Truly, this entire deal was magical.

The entire transaction was flawless. The parties involved were giddy and are now good friends. I was honored to be a part of this beautiful event. And yes, Hallmark movies have sweet endings.
I love what I do, and now, helping facilitate over 15 transactions on our little Square, I have the knowledge and connections to get these deals to the finish line. Historic properties are unique! Call me if you are seeking to own your own piece of history!
The business of real estate is not always easy. When we experience a Hallmark movie closing, we must celebrate. It is these types of deals that remind us why we do what we do.
And they all lived happily ever after.
