What a Fantastic Christmas in Our Neck of the Woods It Was!

SO... why was it a Fantastic Christmas you might ask? Well...buckle up...'cause here we go:

Our first grandchild was born on New Year's eve at 8:34 pm on 12-31-24 so we had a new member join us...Everett Charles Kenton...who is already walking!

He couldn't wait 3 1/2 hours to get all the first baby of the year goodies!! LOL. Wanted to meet his family early!

The the floor fell out of our lives a little bit...a huge scary time was upon us!

Early on 1-2-25 --- Everett's Mom, our daughter... Jaime, had a...for the first time in her life...seizure while in the hospital room and they found an (until then) unknown brain tumor and the stress of the birth of a big baby caused it to flair up...and 3 weeks later she had Brain surgery in Denver with an incredible surgeon...and is now cancer free!

We had a great 24th and unwrapped gifts and went to church as our daughter was going to her in-laws for X-Mas Day...

Then Jake, Robyn, and I drove an hour and went to a buffet of chicken ham, and Pizza on the 25th with my wife's brother and her 87 year old Mom and Jake got to see his Uncle and his Grandma!

We had a great Friday today with my made from scratch homemade pizza for supper with our son Jake, daughter Jaime and her husband Kody, plus a high chair full of energy in our 360 day old grandson who is all over the place! What fun we had today including a walk to the park! Loved it all!

On top of all of this I wrote a full price offer on one of my listings early today that will be signed on Sunday and should close at the end of January!

I hope all of you had a great Holiday and if you celebrate Christmas...that it was a great time! And if you celebrate a different holiday or none at all...I hope it was a great Friday for you!

My heart is full! ps. My son Jake & daughter Jaime are in the front with Jaime's dog Rook. My wife Robyn and son-in-law Kody and Baby Everett are next and then old me in the back! Merry Christmas from our home to yours!

As I close out Blog # 1,000 that I have written on AR over many years of being a member...I just want to say....
