Something for New Year Eve. Old Bay Classic Crab Balls
I didn't even know they made Old Bay Classic Crab Cake Mix! I'm going to do this one for New Years Day! You just can't have too many crab recipes!
I really like easy ones to make, too!

Prep Time: 10 mins Total Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Makes: 12 (2 crab ball) servings
Ingredients:
- 1 package Old Bay Crab Cake Classic Mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lb. fresh or canned crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
- Mix Crab Cake Mix and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add crab meat; gently toss until well mixed.
- Shape into 24 balls.
- Fry in batches in hot oil until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Tartar Sauce, if desired.
