Wow Mark, nice to see you are getting snow, wonder when Denver will see some snow.  We have only seen 3" this year in the city.

Wonderful photo of the flag against the snow! Has the snow returned? We had none for most of December but did get a few inches this past weekend. It looks pretty!

We could have used some of the excess rain that you received in December, haha.  I do think I remember a couple of times that it has rained here recently, though.

Mark, this is a simple yet meaningful moment captured well. The contrast of Old Glory against the winter backdrop, especially knowing how quickly the weather shifted, gives the image extra depth. Taking time to notice and acknowledge everyday expressions of pride like this says a lot about community and place. Thanks for sharing a quiet reminder of what still feels steady, even when the season does not.
