Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year for 2026.

I am hoping that the real estate market in my area performs better in 2026 than it did in 2025.

The activity in the Toronto Condo market was particularly slow in comparison to the Freehold market; even the the Freehold market was not overwhelmingly busy.

With the hope that the recent cuts in interest rates, and maybe more interest rate cuts in 2026, buyers will feel motivated to commit to their big investment in purchasing a property to call their home.
