I always enjoy participating in the monthly #ActiveRainChallenge. I am grateful that Leanne Smith and Carol Williams are hosting this month's challenge. There is always so much to reflect upon when a year comes to an end, and hopefully, there is more rejoicing than anything else, haha. As we begin a new year, we often renew the things that worked or didn't work in the previous year to hopefully allow for the coming year to be even better!
2025 has been a rough year for me, but as I have learned in the past, usually after a bad year, a really good one is around the corner, haha. Even in bad years, there is still plenty to rejoice in, and for me, I would put my health and spiritual growth at the top of the list when I look back upon 2025. I guess the biggest thing that led to 2025 being a not-so-great year for me was that investors who were supposedly committed to funding Marigold Village ended up not coming through. Our fundraiser has not given up, so there is still hope for Marigold Village to come to fruition in 2026! If that happens, I am certain that 2026 will be an amazing year for me and allow me to forget about all of the troubles that 2025 brought with it, haha. If, for some reason, it doesn't happen, then I am sure that there will be quite a bit of renewal and change in 2026 for me, which will hopefully also lead to a very good year being had! I look forward to reading the other posts for this challenge, and hope to hear about all of the good things that happened for everyone else in 2025, as well as the good things to come for everyone in 2026!!!
