Searching for a Door County real estate market update?
Are you considering selling your Door County property? Maybe not next week or next month, but maybe in the next six months? Gone are the days when you had to wait weeks to find out what is new and what is selling (and at what price) on the local Door County real estate market. It's 2026, and we're here to assist you in getting the information you want NOW, and as often as you want. This is a free service you can organize from the comfort of home to start learning about the Door County real estate market--what is for sale, and especially for what is selling at what price.
Simply go to my website at dwelldoorco.com and choose "Market Report" a the top of the home page. That link will immediately take you this this site: https://www.dwelldoorco.com/search/market_report_search/.
This is where you'll pick and choose the timely information YOU want. From the top bar, pick "residential, condo, land or commercial" (you can pick more than one). From the SIDE bar, pick your locations (towns, cities or villages (Ephraim, Ellison Bay, Baileys Harbor, Fish Creek, as an example), and you can also choose more than one here, too.

You can customize the price point, which is VERY important. Then you can also choose number of bedrooms and bathrooms (also very important). You can also optionally choose acreage, but that might be limiting unless you are looking for large lots.

When you're done, just click the "Go to Market Report" tab on the bottom, and you'll immediately be able to save your search. When you save your search, you can give it a personal name, like "Door County Real Estate Market Update", and you can also set it up for the number of times you want to receive it--monthly, by-monthly and more. This report will show you what is on the Door County real estate market, and what properties you have been watching have closed at.
This market report is a great tool to be aware of what is selling (or listed) in your Door County neighborhood, but it is not a replacement for a Comparative Market Analysis, which can only be done by a human (like me😃!) to judge not only what has recently sold, but also your current location and condition and any special features your home may have that need to be taken into consideration on price. Do you have a fireplace (or even more than one)? A pool? A patio? Do you have professional landscaping, or a sunroom? Do you have hardwood floors? Do you have a waterfront or water view property? Do you have special features, like wetlands? Only a site visit will allow a Door County real estate professional to actually add any special features (or needed improvements) to help you get an accurate home value for your Door County property. I'm also a Certified Residential Specialist, and have successfully listed and sold hundreds of Door County properties over the years.
This is a fantastic tool to take advantage of to know what is selling in your neighborhood, or to even expand and see what is selling within a ten or twenty-mile radius. It will show you days on market and price per square foot. However, every Door County property is different--we don't have cookie-cutter neighborhoods here, so having a Door County real estate broker to work with is an invaluable tool. We're here to help.
Set up your own FREE customized Door County Market Report search here and enjoy the conveniences of 2026.
However, when you're ready to learn more about the market, please feel free to contact me today to discuss the value of your Door County home and discuss listing or buying in 2026. Door County's "season" will be here before you know it---it's a great time to list or buy to beat the competition that will come later this spring.
