On Monday, January 5th I noticed positive change in Irving, Texas. I stopped to purchase gasoline. The price was the lowest I've seen in years! I felt joy. The price: $2.12 per gallon - Tah Dah!
Falling gas prices to me are like pennies from Heaven.

On Sunday, January 4th I observed family unity at church. There were so many pregnant women and families with growing children. I enjoyed watching the interactions between the fathers and their little ones. The children were between the ages from newborns to about six years old. I felt energized watching kids learning to crawl, and learning to walk, on the floor, in between their father's legs and under their mother's skirts. Every now and then a child sneaked out of the pews and got as far as the alter before being pulled back by their dad. Maybe we have reached a "Turning Point." Tah Dah!

it just needs to be united." ---Anonymous
Saturday evening, January 3rd. It was about 6:15 p.m. when I headed home. I needed just a few groceries, so I pulled into the Tom Thumb Grocery Store. And lo, and behold, I saw the full moon, so big, so brilliant. It reminded me of that amazing scene from the Wizard of Oz when the giant bubble came out of the sky and touched ground. The moon was so low to earth, I was completely in awe! I wasn't looking up at the moon - it was directly in front of me! Tah Dah!

Inside a grocery store I hadn't been in, since I moved to Flower Mound, there was a sense of calmness that I hadn't experienced before. I heard piano music. It sounded like a piano concert! Surely, the store chose something different than the usual songs I hear that entice you to buy more than you need. But then, when I neared the front of the store to pay for my groceries, there was the Piano Man playing on a baby grand piano! I was thrilled! There was music to my ears. Tah Duh!

Happy Tuesday - may joy be with you!
