More Choices: Inventory is up nearly 15% in Montgomery County compared to last year. This means my buyers finally have some breathing room!
Steady Prices: We aren't seeing the wild spikes of the past few years. In Bucks County, home values are growing at a healthy, steady pace of about 2-4%.
