Honey, will you buy me this home? That is music to my ears when it is from my Arizona home buyer clients. It also tells me that I found the right home for them and it makes them happy. If my clients are happy, I am also.
Well, I have my old 1 to 10 scale question. Give me a score? The buyer trudges out of the home towards the car and the next showing. They say, "Well maybe a 6...the flooring was so dark, the backyard had no grass for the dog, the kitchen was dated, it was big though, otherwise I would have given it a 5". I know this is not the house. But, when they say, "Honey, buy me THIS home, I know even before the score is issued.
But when the client really likes a home. I LISTEN!

There is a smile on the clients face and before they signfiy a "10" my client will utter words such as:
Honey, buy me THIS home?
It don't get any better than this!
This is IT!
I love it
Mucho Perfecto!
Will they leave the furniture?
Love the kitchen!
Perfect
This is what we have been looking for
Will our dining room table fit here?
The kids will love the backyard
If the clients utter any of these words, the home will likely be the one!
Yes, you can learn a lot by "Listening". The 10 score will usually come after the listening.
