Since quite a few of my favorites in the Rain wanted to hear about my recent cruise, I figured I would tell everyone about it and share a few pictures. My brother and I had a wonderful time visiting Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas, and Mazatlán. It was such a great way to start out 2026!

We departed from San Diego and returned to San Diego, which allowed the convenience of being able to drive out there and back without having to hassle with the airlines, haha. During the trip, there were so many amazing sunrises and sunsets. The most amazing one occurred while I was eating dinner one evening, but I didn't get photos of it because the window had a reflection. So many people were going over to the window and taking photos of it or video, but I opted to enjoy it with only my eyes and continued eating, haha.

Instead of taking any of the excursions, we opted to just explore the cities on our own. It was certainly the right choice, and we saw so many nice places in each of the three cities we docked at. Of course, I wanted to attend Mass during my trip, and I was blessed to be able to attend a Mass in Ensenada and Mazatlan, but unfortunately not in Cabo San Lucas.

I enjoyed the relaxation on the ship, did some reading, and got plenty of sun!!! One of the things I love most about cruises is the food served, so many different options to choose from, and I certainly tried most, if not all, of the dessert offerings, haha.

I specialize in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro area - Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon
